Retrieving original photo's

  Can I retrieve my original photo’s which I uploaded? The images on my blog seem to have been scaled down so although I have copied the images to my iPhoto library, they all appear blurred. As I loaded these whilst in Vietnam, I also lost my iPhone so retrieving these images are of paramount importance. Thank you for any help.
