Retrieving site?

The https://gectsa.wordpress.com/ site was run by two accounts. The intention was to exclude the site into one of the accounts . But in the end as to exclude one of the bills the site was unavailable for another account.
I take much to recover this site .The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Oh no! You ignored all the warnings. You cannot register any deleted blog URL. Deleting any .wordpress.com blog URL is not easily done and what you ask to do is not possible. One has to ignore at least three warnings stating that deletion is permanent and irreversible and then click a verification link in an email to delete a blog. That’s because deleted blog URLs are not recycled, regardless of who registered and deleted them and no exceptions are made. http://en.support.wordpress.com/recycling-blog-names/
You can register another .wordpress.com blog http://en.support.wordpress.com/register-a-blog/
Then if you wish to you can register a domain via a domain mapping upgrade because it does not matter what the underlying .wordpress.com address is when you are domain mapping.
