Retrieving Theme

Oh dear. I have another problem.
I was trying out other faces of themes when my old ones got changed.
And when I want to find that old theme, it’s no longer on the theme selection page.
I realize the new others did not really suit my taste, so I’d like to know, can I have the old theme back please?

Although there is a rumor that Mark has a magic ring, we volunteers are not equipped with x-ray vision, mind reading capabilities or crystal ball reading skills. Consequently, we do not know the name of the “old theme” you are referring to. Do you remember it?
Suffice to say that if you have a wordpress.com blog and not a blog template downloaded from wordpress.org then the only themes you can choose from are found here -> Presentation -> Themes.
If you do not see the “old theme” there then I’m afraid you will not be able to click on it and restore it to your blog.

Well, if I don’t remember wrongly, the old theme contained the word “Fur Lyse” or something.. It is rather plain and with light gray color and white on the page, mainly. And it has this one vintage-looking logo on top. Very simple and nice.
I have a wordpress.com blog and I don’t think I see any “old theme”. So maybe, it is not reversible anymore. Sigh. This time, I blame it on my itchy hands :(

The theme in question is called Fleur de lys and it had sponsorship links in it’s footer so I’m assuming that may have had something to do with it’s disappearance. As to whether or not we shall see it again, and if so, when — only staff can answer that question.
http://themes.wordpress.net/columns/2-columns/194/fleur-de-lys/ – this is the version coded to run on wordpress.org software

Since I’m using wordpress.com, and not wordpress. org, I guess I can’t use that theme anymore, eh?
I hope they can come up with more themes so we will have more to select from.
If there is any chance I can retrieve back Fleur de lys, let me know yea?!

Nope, unfortunately you have to wait for the staff to re-approve it. You can send a Feedback requesting that they do that, though. I know they’re looking to add more themes.
