Retro-Fit: image borders and widget centering

  Experimenting with this theme …
  (1) I have set an image within a post to have a zero border, but it presents with a heavy border all around and under the caption: how can I remove this, please?
  (2) I can’t find CSS code to center all images in sidebar widgets: is there one code for all?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Have got my head together and worked out about the frames around images in posts.
  But I STILL can’t center the images in my sidebar widgets.
  I’ve started holding my breath … ;-)
