Retro-Fitted: open up Comments?
-
If you look at one of Cee’s ‘challenge’ pages –
http://ceenphotography.com/2014/02/24/cees-fun-foto-challenge-the-color-white/ –
you’ll see that the Comments are all there, open, at the bottom, showing the ‘entrants’ … ahh … entries (sorry).
Question: can this be done with any theme?- particularly, of course, the one I’m using?
Because currently readers must click on the tiny ‘comments’ entry in the meta tags to get there …The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
In WordPress parlance, the page on Cee’s website you’re linking to is using the “Single Post” template. Because it shows a single post.
This is an example of the “Single Post” template in use on your site: http://margaretrosestringer.com/2014/03/04/lioli-2/
That page of yours and Cee’s show the same thing: a list of comments, right after the body of the blog post. So your site is already doing the same thing with Cee’s.
If you go to Cee’s homepage (http://ceenphotography.com/), you will notice that we also have to click on the tiny “15 comments” link to go to the single post view where the comments are displayed.

G’day, Hafiz! – how you doin?
So … I just have to get my head around this – sorry, it’s the senility, you know …
I know! – I’ll re-word to have them go to the link in the sidebar, and then the post WILL be open / a single post.
Thanks a lot. Sorry to be such a halfwit. -
Yep, that works. Dunno why the devil I didn’t think of what I was asking before I asked it.
