Retro-fitted theme in older IE Browsers

  I switched to the new retro-fitted theme. It looks great in IE9 but when I viewed it in older browsers IE 7 & 8 the text boxes were missing.

  The text appeared on top of my background image. All of the sidebar widgets were also missing and it looks a hot mess.

  I love this theme and would like to stay with it, but until I find a workaround, I will have to abandon it.

  Is anyone experiencing the same issues? Have you found a solution to the issue?

  The latest version of IE is IE9 and IE7 has not been supported since 2010. Last month the browser share stats for IE7 were a mere 2.6 %.

  I just viewed the blog using both IE8 and Firefox 10.0.2. I’m seeing a normal display in both browsers.
