Return back change of url

  I’ve changed my URL from csmontequinto.wordpress.com to centrodesaludmontequinto.wordpress.com and now i want be back. How can i do it?

  csmontequinto.wordpress.com is still a wordpress blog, since you haven’t deleted it. You should be able to log back into http://csmontequinto.wordpress.com/wp-admin and reuse your blog. You can import any old articles from the other site using the import and export tools.
