  Hi I recently can see that 7 usd was reduced from my bank account which is for [REDACTED TRANSACTION INFORMATION] Will you please return this amount back to my account as soon as possible_ I do not want to have any word press service and please kindly cancel All of my subscriptions I mean any kind with wordpress and return the amount.WIth warmest regards, Seyed

  Are you confident this is from WordPress.com? You can check your billing history in your account profile:
  https://wordpress.com/support/billing-history/

  If you are on a paid WordPress.com plan, then you have access to email support, they should be able to help you further if you feel there has been a mistake.

  @smoussavi2 – We have absolutely no history of purchases, transactions, or billing activity of any kind under the account you’re currently logged into.

  If you enter the charge details at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ we should be able to help you with this.

  The transaction ID needed will be on your bank statement as WordPress followed by a letter/number code. They’ll look like this:

  WordPress XXXXXXXXXX
