return to original theme for my blog site

  I have been messing around with different themes and I am now officially over my head. I simply want to go back to my original theme until I have time to create something a little more robust. I don’t know the name of my original theme so it seems impossible for me to change my theme back to the original. Please advise. Thank you so much.
