return to personal plan

  In about a month my one year premium plan expires and it will auto renew. Originally i had the personal plan but I upgraded to the premium. When my premium plan expires how can I return to personal?

  Howdy –

  I can help you with this. If we make the change before the renewal comes up you’ll only be charged for the Personal plan instead at the time of renewal.

  That said, there’s not any upgrades connected to this account. Can you let me know which site you’re working on? Or post from that account in this thread so I can take a better look.
