Return to shop not goes to shop page

  I have a woocommerce site.i have some products in store.but when i click on visit store from top toolbar and click on return to shop from empty cart page,its not going to shop page.its redirect to an unknown place….please help me sir.
  I am sharing my link.please check and solve as you want.pls.

  I have mailed the woocommerce support 3 times but they didnt provide any reaponse.its very urgent to me.
  Please request you to check atleast once whats the issue.
  Please support me.
  I am sending my link here.
  (( i have a wordpress woocommeece website.when i click on visit store from dashboard or click any product from mebu list or even click return to shop from empty cart page ifs not going to shop page.this case is also happening from footer section also.everytime time its showing 404error page not found.
  Please help me sir to fix this.i dont underatand what i have changed.previously these worked properly but not it issues.))

  I’ve checked your account and the support requests have gone through to WooCommerce. They work from oldest to the newest requests so it’s best not to continue sending new emails — it will take longer to get help.

  As @manisharaut2019 mentioned, we can only help with WordPress.com sites on these forums. Someone from WooCommerce will be in touch with you as soon as they can though.
