Return to the personal plan

I’ve upgraded to the premium plan, but I want to return to the personal plan and receive the refund, as I’m under the 30 day period after the upgrade.

No problem, I’ve downgraded trancoseando.com.br from Premium to Personal and there is confirmation of this on your Manage Purchases page:
https://wordpress.com/me/purchases
I’ve also issued a €48 refund for the price difference between the two plans and there is copy of the refund receipt in your Billing History:
https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing
Refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement but international refunds (outside the US) can take a little longer to arrive.
