Returning a charge for a domain which I don't want to renew

    I do not want to renew a domain, in fact I have eliminated it from my purchases. But I was charged three days ago and I want the refund of the amount charged

    I have refunded your payment for the domain renewal. It should appear in your account in about 10 business days. Please follow up with your bank or credit card company if it’s not showing after that time.
