Returning to WordPress

I moved to self hosting but I have had several life changes and do not have the time to train myself up to self host effectively. I would like to return to WordPress premium to run my not for profit educational website. Can anyone advise if there is a migration service from WordPress that means I do not have to do this myself? When I moved to self hosting there was a large number of steps involved, despite the promise that it is quick and easy. I am looking for a one button press or somebody to do this for me. Thank you

Hi there,
The closest thing we have to a one-click migration is on our Business Plan where you can migrate your full site to us using the Jetpack plugin. You’ll need to install Jetpack on your current site if you don’t use it already, and initiate the transfer on our end, but from there the process should complete on its own. The link @staartmees provided above goes into more detail on this.
You’ll also need to transfer your domain separately, if you want to do that:

If you don’t want to upgrade to Business, you’ll only be able to migrate your content and domain. Your theme, plugins, site settings, etc, won’t be migrated.
In that case, go to Tools ->Export on your current site to get an export file, and then upload that at Tools ->Import on your WordPress.com site.

Once the import completes, you can then move your domain over as well.
Note that transferring your domain to us will require a paid plan, regardless of which migration method you choose.
