  I manage a blog at http://www.EddieThompon.org base on a Twenty Ten template. I want insert an button that will appear at the top of each article page and possible on the gallery listing that will enable readers to either forward or tweet the link to the article. I cannot find an option on the dashboard that enables me to do that.

  You can add a Tweet button via Settings -> Sharing in your blog’s Dashboard.
