retweet button that doesn’t require plug-in for free WP blog?

  Goal is to have a tweetmeme button but from reading other questions here I figured out that I can’t download it to my free blog because I don’t have a plug-in menu. So my question is: is there any type of “please retweet” button that I can add that IS supported by my free version of WP? Ideally I’d like articles to be linked to Facebook & LinkedIn as well if possible.
