  Hi
  Thanks. I wasn’t aware of the automatic renewal and I was not informed about it . I will inform my Bank about this. Please give the link through which I can send my letter to the Bank ( incase you need ). I am replying throug Forum as I am not getting the link.Your email to me is also of’no-reply’ category. Communication is the lifeline of business as well as relationship and I will appreciate if that is made easy. I appecrate your good initiative to sort out the issue’
  In the meantime, cancel automatic renewal and make the refund payment , as requested.

  Hi there –

  Looks like you’ve issued a dispute with your credit card/bank. We aren’t able to process a refund from our end until that is removed. Please contact them directly by phone to ask it be removed. This way, our refund can reach you in about ten days. Leaving the dispute in place will take months for the refund to reach you in my experience.

  I have already informed CITI BANK to close the complaint as the issue is sorted out. It will be done in a day or two. Trust you will then expedite the refund.

  Thank you for doing that.

  At the moment the dispute is still showing as active at our payment processor. As soon as they receive confirmation from your bank that the dispute has been closed, we’ll be able to process the refund. But we’re not able to tell you at the moment how long that might still take.

  The dispute still shows as pending at our payment processor. Once it updates our payments team will be able to refund you directly, but it can sometimes take several weeks for the status to update, even when the dispute has been closed at the initiating financial institution.

  Unfortunately we don’t control how this process works, so for now all we can do is wait.
