Reuse Deleted URL?

I created an extra blog for the purpose of reserving a URL that I might want to use in the future. When I did feel like using it, I deleted the extra blog to make the URL available again. However, when I tried to change my main blog’s URL to that URL, it still said that it was unavailable. After reading the WordPress Support, I know that it’s because they don’t want to have people thinking that the potential new URL owner was the old blogger. But that doesn’t apply in my case… coz im the same person o o; Is there any way I can contact WordPress to use that URL?

Contacting Staff is a useless exercise because deleting any URL is a permanent act that cannot be reversed.
You cannot register any deleted blog URL under any account period. To prevent accidental or inadvertent deletion of blogs, there are multiple warnings given that blog deletion is permanent and irreversible. Lastly, a verification link is sent in an email and it must be clicked to delete a blog. If clicking that link does not work then copy and paste it into your upper browser window and click. Once the verification link for deletion is clicked the blog URL is forever gone, gone, gone.

Then if you wish to you can register a domain via a domain mapping upgrade because it does not matter what the underlying .wordpress.com address is when you are domain mapping.
