Reuse my blog url

I created my blog in the past (using this account) however i deleted my blog.
Now i wanted to recreated it but this is impossible because site still exist.
Is there a way to recover that blog, or a way to have it cleared so i can recreate my blog?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Nope this is impossible, because once you permanently delete the site, as the warnings told you (of which there were plenty), you can never reuse the URL of the site. That’s to protect you from someone else getting the URL and someone thinking it was you still posting. More on that here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/recycling-blog-names/
The blog you’ve given us says that it has been deleted. You have a few options, you can make another blog with a similar URL or, you can buy the domain verslypes.com which you will then ‘own’, more on that here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/
