  Dear Sir/Madam,

  I recently deleted my WordPress blog (hjunyuan.wordpress.com) with the aim to start afresh. However, even after a few weeks, I am still not able to create a new blog with the same name.

  Your assistance is greatly appreciated. Thank you!
