Reuse of domain

    To whom it may concern,

    I wished to inquire the possibility of re-using an old domain that I used with WordPress a long time ago.

    Some years ago, I used virgilspeaketh.wordpress.com, but then I deleted the account. I do not wish to retrieve the content, simply the right to use it again. It seems ta pity if this domain will remain unusable. Is this possible?

    Hi Andre’ Vella,

    Deleting a website is a permanent action which means you can’t use the same URL again.

    Hi there,

    As @ravichahar already said, deleted WordPress.com sites cannot be restored or reused. Deleting a site is permanent and the name cannot be used again.
