Reuse purchased theme

  Hi everyone, I bought a beautiful theme called Mellow. Although I paid for it, it seems like I can’t use the theme for another site. Under ‘manage purchases’ I clearly see the bought theme. When I search for ‘Mellow’ in a new site, there only is the option to buy it (again) for 75 dollars. Can WordPress themes only be used once?
