reverify email for woocommerce

  Hello ,

  i am trying to log a ticket with woocommerce but they need me to reverify my email address.. however on coming to wordpress site there isnt a reverify button.. What should i do?

  Hi there!

  Your account has been already verified. Have you tried to log out and log back into your WooCommerce account?

  Hello fresatomica,

  yes.. many times on different browsers i have tried logging out and logging back in but its the same.

  Purchase and other actions seem fine on woocommerce

  @lcaveyl, I had a look and I was able to create the ticket from your account without any issues. Are you sure you’re logged in as lcaveyl when trying? If so, please try clearing your cache.

  @lcaveyl glad to hear it’s working now! Perhaps us checking from our end was enough to “fix” it even though we didn’t do anything. We’ll keep that in mind.
