  Hi there,

  As you can see from your receipt, we have already issued you a full refund. If you still haven’t’ received this please follow up with your bank directly. You can provide them the transaction ID that appears in the refund receipt as a reference.

  Also, note that you will be refunded to the same payment method you used for your purchase.
