Reversal of payment

  Hi, I it’s been 4 day since I request a repayment for the plan I had closed, I had made payment through two cards, one was a cc and the other was a debit card, I have received the payment of 48 dollars in my credit card but my debit card never got credited back, I have not received the payment yet, I have all the bank statement handy if required, please help

  Hi there,

  After processing, refunds usually take about five to ten business days to appear on your statement. For credit card refunds, it could take up to 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to show up. International refunds can take even longer to reach you. Your financial institution is going to be able to tell you when to expect the refund and how it will be listed on your statement.

  @kruttikaphalke is correct. You processed the refund on 5/12 and it can take up to 5-10 business days for the refund to post to your bank statement. Since those were two different cards, the time in which you receive the refunds may differ even though they were both charged around the same time.
