chloeyaong.wordpress.com is no longer available.
The authors have deleted this site.Having deleted that address you have rendered it unavailable. There are warnings when you delete a site that it is not reversible. You could choose a similar address, perhaps putting a number at the end. Or you could use that address by upgrading to a paid plan with a custom domain name using a different suffix rather than the deleted one that ended in .wordpress.com.

I’ve read about reversing a site deletion at https://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site.
They said, if I contact them in 30 days they will be able to restore a deleted site. -
It is possible to reverse a site deletion for the first 30 days after a site is closed. If you realize you closed your site in error, please contact us immediately. We will be able to assist you in restoring your site during this 30 day window. Once the 30 days have passed, all of your site data is purged and cannot be restored.
Hmm. That is something new that I haven’t seen before. It has probably appeared along with the recent ability to completely close accounts. I have added the modlook tag to ask a staff member to reply to you.
