reverse auto renewal for paypal account

  I just got notice an old site (which can be closed / canceled) was auto renewed to my paypal account, even though your support forms indicates this is not possible. I need the funds reversed and the site can be closed… it was an old test site for a client and I am not approving / not paying for it to be renewed.

  I have started a claim dispute through paypal… but your web support about auto renewal is currently incorrect. you page states:

  “FAQs About Payment
  How do I set up/disable automatic renewal?
  You can enable automatic renewal in the same way. Automatic renewal is not available to be set up with a PayPal account.”

  please reverse and correct.

  The site emeryherbals.com is not hosted by WordPress.com, but by netfirms.com, and the domain itself was registered through Register4Less. I do not see any upgrades purchased on your WordPress.com user account either.

  If you are referring to a different site, please post a link here and I can look into it further for you.

  rabiaarts.com does not seem to be registered nor domain mapped and the link you left above gives an error for me

  Here, Now I am writing through my old clients account, however I won’t get email updates on your reply, can you please reply do my earlier threads rather than this one. Is you will see the billing was to my email address and my paypal account. I can send you the paypal transaction numbers if I have a private channel to do that with.

  It appears that the domain registration renewal for rabiaart.com has been cancelled, so there is no refund to process. Please note that the domain will expire on 4 December 2013, and once a domain has expired, it may not be possible to renew or re-register the domain at a later point, as others will have the opportunity to register it before it is released to the public.

  I noticed that there is also a second domain, rabia-art.com, that will expire on 8 January 2014. It is not set to auto-renew.

  I just canceled it today… the payment has already been processes today.. I have the paypal transaction. I disabled the auto renewal on the other account today as well.

  Can you see that a payment was processed today, as an auto renewal from my paypal account? Why does the wordpress FAQ say this could not happen?

  I do not see any payments processed on our end. The transaction was cancelled before it was billed.

  If you have a transaction ID for a completed transaction, please let me know.

  The transaction ID you have provided (and that for privacy reasons, I’ve redacted) is associated with the transaction that was voided, meaning we did not collect the payment.
