Reverse Charge

    Please reverse the charge….I did not renew, despite it being automatic. The site would not let me do what I needed to do after a couple of months. Very strange. It’s like it went away. I can not see where I can take my card off. I have tried that. I will dispute charges with bank. Thank you and have a nice day.

    Dispute a charge at your bank is the worst thing to do. It can take up to 3 months before you get an answer from your bank but you also have to pay a chargeback.

    Or you cancel the dispute – https://wordpress.com/support/payment/chargebacks/#canceling-a-dispute – and simply ask for a refund. The choice is yours …

    If you file a dispute with your bank, you will need to pay the fee to unlock your site, and disputes can take a long time, so you could possibly not receive your refund for up to 75 days.
