    I was just charged $96 dollars for a premium plan. I have no desire to use this plan for this domain notrightinthebrain.com. Please refund this erroneous charge.

    The transaction ID needed will be on your bank statement as WordPress followed by a letter/number code. They’ll look like this:

    WordPress XXXXXXXXXX

    If the charge on your bank statement does not follow that format, the charge was not made here at WordPress.com.
