reverse error:domain vs. subdomain
-
Maybe I can get help here; I have attempted several time to obtain help from support and I have received none. About 4 days ago, I made a decision to switch a popular blog (www.upwardedge.com) I had on blogger to wordpress. The blog has an existing domain so I followed that instruction to import my blog and all of its posts & comments to wordpress. Since doing that, Upward Edge (www.upwardedge.com) is no longer visible. I should have followed the subdomain instructions, I think. How do I reverse this mistake and retrieve all posts and make Upward Edge visible to me and the public again? Help–this is my business.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi. upwardedge.com resolves for me, and its nameservers are properly set up…
http://www.whatsmydns.net/#NS/upwardedge.com
…but it redirects to another blog named faithscape.net. That’s not what you wanted to do I gather?Subdomain instructions are only valid if you want to map an existing SUBdomain, such as blog.upwardedge.com. You probably followed the right set of instructions to map an existing domain but missed a step somewhere.
I suggest you communicate with staff for this, as it also involves the import of an existing blog. You may want to check your spam folder. That’s where the staff’s response ends up on most of the occasions where people claim they don’t respond.

Help–how do I untangle Upward Edge (www.upwardedge.com) from Faithscape (www.faithscape.net)? I want Upward Edge visible again. Can someone help; this request has gone on too long?
