reverse sequence of coment list

  It appears that the list of comments on a page or post begins with the first comment (in the past) and the newest at the bottom of the list. Is there a way to reverse the order? … so that the newest comment is at the top of the list.

  That is the default setting, so it will always do that unless you go to settings and change it.(Go to Discussion, then change older to newer post first)
