I have the site back, but it still says it is deleted to the public (when I try to access it off Google). Does it take time to get back, or do I need to republish it in some way? Thanks.

I also have a redirect from the old website to the new one, but it is not working, as the site seems to be deleted from the outside.

This looks like a caching issue. Can you please clear your browser’s cache and try again? Here’s how to do it:
