Reverse the charges fraud / dispute

    You have fraudulently charged my card for services that I did not request. I do not even know what this application is or how it is used. I have canceled my card therefore, you will not be able to charge my card any longer, and I will be reporting this as fraud! Please refund the money that you stole from my account.

    I’m not sure what happened or why that purchase wasn’t refunded when it was originally canceled. But I have processed the refund now, so you should be all set. Please keep in mind that while many refunds show up within 24-48 hours, it is not unusual for them to take up to 7-10 days. And in rare cases, typically with non USA banks, even longer.

    And, since you have canceled the original card, you will have to talk to your bank to confirm that the refund will be applied to your new card.
