  Hello,

  I do not intend to renew my subscription come 2020-04-25.

  I request that the debit transaction of 144$ done on my credit card on the 26th March be undone immediately.

  Hi, I can see the refund was sent. It can take several business days for that to route back properly and appear on your statement. If you cancelled immediately after purchasing, the refund may not appear at all — the entire charge might have simply been voided.

  If after 2 weeks you still don’t see the refund on your account, please contact the bank directly to confirm it wasn’t voided, then contact us here.
