Reversed letters in some words in the published post
-
Hello,
The Goodz theme has a small glitch ever since the load more button for the categories has been fixed. In the published posts, some words appear mispelled – the letters are reversed – even when they are spelled correctly in the edit version. Any way of fixing this minor glitch? Many thanks for letting me know,

I have also reported the above problem to Goody Magazine Premium Theme Support. Thanks, Julie

We’ve had the same theme for some time and are now experiencing the same problem — reversed letters, mostly “f” and “i”. Who can help?

I’m using Pilcrow and the “i”, “f” and “l”s are being reversed. And now we can’t type “f” in the comments if an “i” follows – it just disappears. Definitely need someone to check this out. I don’t want to post anything until it’s corrected, as they look like typos and are frustrating for commenters.

A glitch with liguatures (like fl and fi) was introduced in the Merriweather font a few days ago. According to the font’s developer, a fix will be pushed through to Google Fonts today (Jan. 25) in the morning, Pacific time:
https://github.com/EbenSorkin/Merriweather/issues/16
Temporary workarounds include:
1. Add the following custom CSS, if you have access to the upgrade:
html { -webkit-font-variant-ligatures: none; -moz-font-variant-ligatures: none; font-variant-ligatures: none; }OR,
2. In your Customizer’s Fonts panel, choose another font.
