  I don’t see any canceled upgrades on your site but if you used a different WordPress.com account for that, you’ll be able to see the details from https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing while logged into that account.

  Refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, but some banks may require more time to process the refund.

  In some cases, you will not see a separate refund listed on your statement, but the original charge will be removed instead.
