reversing out widgets oxygen theme

  on the Oxygen theme page the categories in top left of the page are reversed out (ie white on black) which is a nice effect…so how do i do this?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Create a custom menu under Appearance > Menus, and then assign “Secondary menu” as its location under Menu settings.
