Revert cancellation and use of Adsense/ other AdNetworks

Hi,
I bought a domain last night (www.ilovemyhusband.org)
Then I cancelled because I read I can’t use Adsense and other AdNetworks in this new blog.
Today I received and email saying that it’s cancell and that I’ll get a refund. But reading more about WordPress, I found out that I can actually use Adsense.So, I have 4 questions:
1. Can I use Adsense and other AdNetworks in this new blog?
2. If so, can I revert the cancellation and keep my domain?
My main intention it’s to use Adsense and other AdNetworks in the blog, so I do want to make sure it’s gonna work fine.
3. When I bought the domain, the hosting was included?
4. If I can’t not revert the cancellation, can I buy the domain again? (With wordpress or other company?)
