revert from paid to free

    i cannot get bakc to free default style have been trug for 3 hours

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: No
    Correct account: Yes

    Hi @dianakornbrot,

    Thanks for letting us know about the issue. There is official WordPress.com documentation that shows how to restore styles back to the default.

    Could you try these steps and tell me what happens?

    What you can do:

    1. From your WordPress.com Dashboard, go to Appearance → Editor.
    2. Open the Styles panel.
    3. In Styles, look for the three-dots / ellipsis icon (⋮).
    4. There should be an option like “Reset all styles” or “Reset to defaults”. Use that to revert all style customizations.
    5. After that, click Save so the changes are applied.

    If doing this doesn’t work, could you tell us:

    • Which theme you are using?
    • Whether some style changes are premium (paid) or free?
    • What exactly you see when you try to reset (any error messages, or se algo parece não aplicar)?
