  Hi, Please help me revert my paid site https:///ww.mysticarchives.com / https://www.treeofgnosis.net back to the free package. I wish to keep the content on this blog. Thanks.

  It looks like your sites are not hosted with WordPress.com. They’re using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted at Bluehost.

  Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
