Revert Permalink pages back to allovestblob.wordpress.com

  • Unknown's avatar

Hi – I changed the address to this blog from allovestblog.wordpress.com to my other blog’s name, blog.allovest.com, where I own this domain. It has caused too much confusion so I changed it back..However, the 2 pages I created still get re-directed to blog.allovest.com. How can I change those two pages back to allovestblog.wordpress.com/home and allovestblog.wordpress.com/blog, respectively?

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi there,

Currently, the primary domain on your WordPress.com blog is pointed to blog.allovest.com as shown here:

    https://allovestblog.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?page=domains

If you would like your blog pages to stop redirecting to that address, you will need to remove the domain mapping. I’m more than happy to do that for you. Just reply back to confirm!

    Hi Jeremy,
Yes, I would very much like to remove the domain mapping. If you can do that for me, I would greatly appreciate it.
    Thank you!

I went ahead and removed the domain mapping upgrade. The WordPress.com domain should stop redirecting to blog.allovest.com shortly. Just a note, I noticed you purchased the Premium bundle upgrade. Did you no longer need that upgrade? If so, I’m happy to issue a full refund.

    Just let me know!

    Hi Jeremy,
I thought I had replied to this already, but yes, I would very much appreciate a full refund as well. I just saw the charge for $99 that hit my AMEX card on 3/10/14.
    Thank you so much,
    Maria

    Hi there,

I went ahead and issued a full refund. Please allow several days before the funds are available on your account. I’ve removed the Premium bundle from your account. You will not be charged for this upgrade moving forward!
