Revert the import action
-
I accidentally imported my wordpress.xml file again to the same blog, and now I have duplicate entries and comments.
Is there a way to revert the action? The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

There is no “oops” or “undo,” no. I’m surprised though as typically – at least in the past, wordpress would not duplicate on an import.
Try logging out, clear your browser cache and cookies, restart your browser and then go back in and take a look at things.

Not all but many posts have duplicated!
I tried logging out, clearing cache, but that did not help
For instance, the post on friends has been duplicated completely and is on two different pages
http://alivealways.wordpress.com/2011/04/13/long-live-the-friends/
http://alivealways.wordpress.com/2011/04/13/long-live-the-friends-2/No, huh!
Man-o-man, this is gonna take a lot of time to delete them manually! -
The duplicated posts have no likes, so it has gotten easy to find the duplicate posts :-)

Here is something that might speed things up for you.
On the posts listing page, click the little check box to the left of the names on the duplicates and then use the bulk edit feature to delete them. That way you can delete multiples in one action rather than one at a time.
