Revert to old business site

    Hi there,

    I cancelled my business plan site a while back and want to see if there is a way to revert to the prior design and reinstate the plan/site design/content. Is this possible (I believe it may not be).

    Thank you for reaching out about restoring your website.

    You are correct. Due to the length of time since that site’s Business plan and domain were cancelled, it will not be available for restoring.

    If you had downloaded and saved a backup of the site, using Jetpack Backup, you would have been able to reinstate the Business plan, via a new Business plan subscription purchase, then adding a new domain name and importing the backup file, in order to restore the site.

    Another option is to have us rebuild the site for you, via our Website Build Service, outlined below, and guided by the general layout that you previously had.
