Revert to older but recent instance of web page

  This has happened to me a couple times. The Media Library is a bit buggy, from what I can tell. I delete an image (and I KNOW that was the image to be deleted), but it ends up deleting another image (sometimes BOTH images are deleted). It could very well be that I accidentally had them both selected. Secondly, I have noticed, when editing my gallery on a page, then go to Media from there (upper left link) and need to edit the description/details of one image or add new details, the information is populated with the previous image’s information (incorrectly). I’ve even had it CHANGE the next image in line for editing information. This can be frustrating and time consuming to correct – as it changes the information, even if I don’t save/publish. Anyhow, long story longer and to the point – Is there a way to revert back to a previous version of my page/site to recover lost media without having to enter all of the information again? Thank you!
