Revert website back to elementor edition

    Hello,

    My website has been reset to not include the elementor edited edition. Please can i have my previous edition as my website has completely changed and reverted to a non elementor edition please?

    Hi there,

    I can confirm that you had the Business Plan one your site continuously until your last renewal on 06/19/2023. However, when I look here I can see that there was no renewal by 07/19, and as a result, the Business Plan expired, and all business features (plugins, 3rd party themes, etc) were removed at that time.

    I do see that you have re-upgraded to the Business Plan however, which means that you have full access to your previous backups. You can use the steps here to access those backups and restore your site to the state it was in just before the initial upgrade expired.
