Reverting back to the classic editor

Hi,
I am unhappy with using the block editor as it doesn’t allow me to publish stories on the website like I have been for many years. Is there any way I can revert back to the classic editor from the new block editor?

No there is no way to revert back and the incompetent management that run WP continues to ignore calls to do so.

That’s a shame. I don’t recall there being any notice prior to the change to let us know that it was happening!

1. Use the Classic Block, which emulates the Classic Editor experience, as described here: https://wordpress.com/support/wordpress-editor/blocks/classic-block/2. Or navigate to your WPcom site’s WP Admin dashboard (yoursite.wordpress.com/wp-admin/) and using the Classic Editor there
