reverting domain to blog

  hi there, I registered celebrationcanvasart.com with wordpress and 2 days ago changed the nameservers to point it to my new website. It still hasn;t propagated and i have an advert live today with the .com web address on eek!
  If i change the nameservers back to wordpress will it change immeidately or am I best off just holding my breath and waiting?

  Purchasing your own domain does not eliminate WordPress.com initiated advertising on it. Only purchasing an annually renewable No-Ads Upgrade does that. http://en.support.wordpress.com/no-ads/
