Reverting site from wpcomstaging

    Hi,

    I had posted a month ago about how to switch my current URL from http://www.aliceinmuse.wpcomstaging.com to just http://www.aliceinmuse.com

    The response I had received was to create a backup of my site before the admin moves forward with reverting my site back to the state before uploading the first plugin/custom theme.

    How do I proceed with having my site reverted?

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi there!

    We can revert the site for you. This will basically take the site back to how it was on 26 June 2020. Any content you have added since then will be removed. Some content (like posts, pages, and media) can be imported back if you want, but custom themes, plugins, and any content generated by them (such as products) will not be imported.

    Can you confirm which plan you’re thinking of going ahead with this time? If you’re upgrading to the Business plan again, we don’t need to revert as the Business plan will support all of those features. We’ll only need to revert if you’re choosing a plan lower than the Business plan.

    Let us know and we’ll proceed with the above.

    Hello there,

    Many thanks for that confirmation, I’ve downgraded the site from the business plan and it is now on the free plan.
