reverting to a previous version

I changed my theme but didn’t like the new one. When I went back to my previous theme, all my old formatting was gone. Is there a way to go back to an earlier version of my blog?

Hi there. Unfortunately there’s no “undo” button for theme changes. If your customizations were lost during the theme change you’ll need to redo them manually.
To avoid this happening in future, I suggest you set up a second, private blog you can use to test out new themes before you activate them on your main site. I know it doesn’t help you now, but it will help prevent a repeat of this incident.

I am trying to revert to a previous version. The one I want to revert to is on the left and the newer one is on the right side of a double screen. When I press “revert to this version”, nothing happens. Please help.
