How can I change a "Scheduled Post" to "Publish Immediately"?
-
Hello,
I have mistakenly set a schedule date for publication of a draft post I am working on.
Like this person I would now like to revert publication to “Publish Immediately”.
I am aware that this is not currently possible. However, like this person

I would find that functionality useful and would like it to be added in future. Many thanks,

Hi Finn,
You should be able to change a “Scheduled Post” to “Publish Immediately” by going to your Edit Post page and clicking on the “Edit” link next to “Scheduled for.”
Here, insert your current date and time, click “Save,” and then “Update/Publish.”

Hello,
Yes, I know I can enter the current time and date, but I cannot get the draft post to revert to ‘Publish Immediately’ such that WP will automatically update the time and date when I hit the publish button (at some unspecified date in the future). Thanks anyway,

Can you please let us know what the title of this draft is, so we can take a closer look?
